FAQ's

Why Fanpix? Fanpix is owned and operated by brothers Stuart and Jonathan Hemingway, and therefore each Pro and Collegiate partner receives our personal attention. We are always available to discuss our game day operations and make changes, or additions on the spot.

How do fans find their pictures? Once a fan has their picture taken, they are given a “gallery card” that directs them to our website. The galleries are numerically divided to make it very easy to locate their image. How many photographers do you have per game? We staff photographers according to the size of the event. For our NFL partners, we would staff no more than 15 photographers. We do this so that we don’t over saturate the parking lots and stadiums with our photographers. A fan should only see our Fanpix photographers one time during the course of an event.

Where do you place the photographers? We place our photographers in high traffic areas throughout the parking lot during tailgating prior to the event, and inside the stadium during the event.
